My practice commitment is to offer you a competent and confidential support system. My goal is to provide a peaceful refuge where you can think critically about your choices, behaviors, and options. Together, we will be curious, compassionate, and solution focused while nurturing your personal growth at a pace that is comfortable for you. And...we will laugh together!  Levity is one of my favorite clinical tools to share with my patients.

If you would like to schedule an appointment, please send me an email at or leave a message for me at (801) 872-4325. I look forward to hearing from you!
