My practice commitment is to offer you a competent and confidential support system. My goal is to provide a peaceful refuge where you can think critically about your choices, behaviors, and options. Together we will be curious, compassionate, and solution-focused while nurturing your personal growth at a pace that is comfortable for you. And…. we will laugh together! Levity is one of my favorite clinical tools to share with my patients.
