Frank Collins

Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist

Adult, Adolescent, Couple & Family Therapist

ABOUT:

Frank began his career in clinical care working with high-risk adolescent and young adult clients in the wilderness therapy industry in Utah and North Carolina. After working in these holistic care environments, he pursued a graduate degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. He has continued his therapeutic work at Lifegate with a focus in individual, couple, and family therapy to support clients in achieving long-term change.

THERAPY FOCUS:

I enjoy working with individuals, couples, and families from a family systems perspective. My work often includes families who are navigating challenges including relational conflict, communication barriers, grief and loss. I also work with couples to strengthen both connection and trust, and with parents as they navigate issues of child development and implementing effective family structure. My individual therapy work typically centers around identity formation, spiritual direction, grief, depression, anxiety, life transitions, anger, addiction, and codependency.
