Carlyn provides counseling for adolescents ages 15+ and adults, offering a warm and thoughtful space to work through anxiety, trauma, grief, relationships, identity, life transitions, and other challenges.
Carlyn is especially passionate about helping clients understand themselves more deeply, develop healthy boundaries, and move toward greater freedom and wholeness.
