Jessica Northcutt

Licensed Associate Professional Counselor

My job is to help clients acknowledge, experience, and bear the reality of life-with all its pleasures and heartbreaks. Therapy is a collaborative process, a mutual exploration of self. My hope is that together we can work to restore hope and regain your imagination so you can envision a better future. I want to help you find ways to help make you feel fully alive in the present and engaged with the people around you.

It takes courage to ask for help and I am so glad you are here!

Hope Counseling Center 2022-2023

I grew up in the suburbs of Atlanta and moved to the city after finishing college.  While in college, I studied business and played collegiate tennis. After several years of unfulfilling jobs and wrestling with my own identity issues, I decided to pursue my masters of clinical mental health counseling. My experience in the counseling field includes working in the homeless non-profit sector and private practice setting.

I love adventure and being active! You can find me spending my time with family and friends doing outdoor activities like swimming, hiking, or playing pickleball and tennis. I also enjoy gathering around a table to enjoy a yummy meal or a competitive game night.

Jessica is under the supervision of Dr. Sonja Sutherland, LPC, ACS.
